The Grove continues to follow current CDC and Riverside County Health Department guidelines regarding visitation and mask wearing during the current COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, all healthcare facility employees, residents and visitors must wear facial masks while in the community.
We are happy to report, we continue to have NO residents or staff with a positive diagnosis of COVID-19, or showing signs or symptoms of illness. However, since our last communication, we learned yesterday that there is now a resident from the skilled nursing section of our building with a positive COVID-19 test.
In accordance with the recent guidance provided by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, we are limiting all visitation until further notice.
